  I was customer serviced so badly that I felt like they were nervous and trying to rush me out of the store as if they thought I was stealing they kept running back and forth when they saw me and it felt hostile and unwelcoming toward darker complexions. Don't do that to me again because I do file lawsuits have a blessed day.

  The food at bravos is delicious, like you were eating at home, the employees are super nice always with a smile on their face I love this place

  4/25/26 I live in Jacksonville, FL and we don't have any bravo supermarkets in our city.. 15 - 20 years ago we did and sadly it failed in a bad neighborhood... However This one in particular is Bravos very first store when they debuted in 2004. Me and my family have been shopping here for 20+ Years. This place is not bad! Store is clean and staff is really nice, baskets are cool! no Reusable Bags sadly... They got some great deals!!! The Hot Food is slamming!!! 9/10! i order the White Rice, Beans and Pernil for $10.99 Portion was not bad, Pernil was Good, and kinda dry but it was still good and eatable! Beans were on point!!!! I really like to meet the owner one day and get a photo and tell them Thank you very much for bringing yourself to Orlando FL helping all the Community's around the Orlando Area for 20+ Years!!! 5 Star rated store and i recommend everyone to visit!!
