Great time. Staff was great we split a large salad three ways and they automatically split it into three portions without us even asking it was a small but great gesture.
My mother and I decided to give what we thought was a fine establishment a try. Little did we know the service would be subpar with a side of mediocre customer service. Our server was less than attentive and was missing in action more than she actually was serving. It took around 10 mins before she introduced herself, which happens. But the delay in attentiveness continued to happen. It took an additional 20 mins before she brought out the bread and then when our food came which was 5-10 mins after we got the bread. She served our food and asked if there was anything else which we did ask for napkins. She provided them and left before either one of us could try our food. I ordered the chimichurri fillet and as I looked in my food. I noticed the steak was well done. (I ordered medium). I immediately started looking for our server who was no where to be found. I sat there for 10+ mins waiting. I eventually flagged down someone else’s server, who graciously took my plate and came back after and told me they’d make a new one. In the 15 mins of my new steak being made NO ONE from management or my server came and checked on me. Correction my server did come maybe 10 mins into the steak being taken back and asked if we wanted dessert. I told her that I sent my steak back and she was OBLIVIOUS to that. When my remade steak was done, a woman(I don’t think she shared her name with locs) from management brought it over and asked how our meal was. I told her that it took 15 mins just to get my steak taken back with an additional 10 mins to get it redone. So our meal is as good as eating just sides. If you consider that good. I’m pretty sure she just said “okay” and left. No apologies, no sincerity, no customer service whatsoever. As you guessed our servers lack of attententiness continued. I ended up ordering dessert because I saw the picture of the cheesecake and even though I was completely disgusted with the treatment. I still wasted another 20-30 mins just to get the dessert then the check taken care of. I don’t expect to get free food. But the fact I didnt receive a sincere apology, when I heard someone at another table getting the customer service that wasn’t afforded to me. Upset me even more, because why. What made their dissatisfaction on “rice” more important than me just eating brussel sprouts for 20-30 mins. For the bill to cost $95 with an additional $20 dollar tip. You’d think service would be better. Ironically, I received better customer service at Target immediately afterward than I did at what was supposed to be a nice dining establishment

Aaliyah was our waitress. She did an amazing job! She was so sweet, pleasant and friendly. She knew the menu well and had great suggestions. I loved the Brussels Sprouts with macadamia nuts and their secret sauce. The salmon with mango salsa was cooked to perfection.
We ordered the grouper….it came out undercooked!!! Server offered to take it back to heat it up….we declined. The manager came over and said”yes, it’s not cooked. But we’ll make it right time.” Next time???? There won’t be a next time! They didn’t charge for the dinner, but did charge nearly $9.00 for two sweet teas!!!

I haven't been to this place, probably in 10 years, because of bad service, so I gave it a try recently, still the same, its terrible!!! Don't waste your time, run, the portions are terrible for the price, never fill your drinks.I got salmon, sautéed spinach and a tiny scoop of mashed potatoes, sad, 25$ had to ask for more potatoes, they brought me more!!! I never come back, it could be a good restaurant if the service was trained better, but they suck, so avoid this place at all cost!!!!
