  We had an amazing time !! The food was delicious hot fresh and timely!!! We had 30 of us from AAU volleyball nationals and they were so accommodating!!! Loved the atmosphere and service. Note to everyone tho... take a sweater or coat inside it was chilly!!! I had the fish tacos and a crab cake and all was delicious!!! Our anniversary of 22 years was going to be the next day and they sent us home with a piece of delicious pineapple cheesecake on the house!!! It was superb!!!!!

  After we got seated, and patiently waited for someone to take our order and no one showed for what seemed like a long time. I asked Laura who said she wasn't sure who was supposed to wait our table but she would take care of us. She did a fantastic job. She also had the manager come out to apologize and offered free appetizer and dessert. Laura was knowledge about the menu and made excellent suggestions. If I'm ever back in the area I would definitely come here again.

  Chasity was the most amazing server I have ever experienced. We are visiting from the Bahamas and would come back 1,000 times if we are guaranteed service and food like that. Everything she recommended was delicious. And thanks to the manager Tim for being awesome as well.

  First I ordered a Cabernet Received a Chardonnay. Told the waiter and he laughed. Dinner came My girlfriend could not eat her butterfish. It was floating in grease. I had grouper. Very fishy tasting. I eat grouper all the time. I also ordered cauliflower as a side. It was totally inedible. Ordered a second glass of cybernetic, this time Received a merlot.it was a very forgettable $200 meal.

  Outstanding experience tonight at Bonefish Grill. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that this restaurant is being led and managed exceptionally well. The restaurant was spotless, organized, welcoming, and operating with the kind of precision and professionalism that guests notice immediately. Great service cultures do not happen by accident, and it is clear that Matt, the manager, has created an environment where excellence is the standard. Then there was Kevin. In all my years of dining out, Kevin ranks among the very best servers I have ever encountered. His level of service rivals what you would expect in a fine dining or five-star restaurant. Kevin was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and patient while explaining menu items, preparations, and recommendations. He has mastered the art of making guests feel valued, comfortable, and confident in their selections. His recommendations were outstanding, and his knowledge of the menu was impressive. What truly set him apart, however, was what happened beyond our table. Throughout the evening, I watched Kevin actively support his teammates, help reset sections, assist wherever needed, and contribute to the success of the entire restaurant—not just his own station. That level of awareness, initiative, and teamwork is increasingly rare and speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. As someone who teaches leadership professionally, I often say that leadership is not a title—it is behavior. Kevin is the perfect example of that principle in action. Whether he carries a leadership title or not, he is already leading through his actions, influence, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Kevin is the kind of employee every organization hopes to find and every leader should work hard to keep. He represents the Bonefish Grill brand extraordinarily well and played a major role in making an already excellent dining experience truly memorable. If you visit this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Kevin. He is an absolute professional, a tremendous team player, and one of the finest servers I have had the pleasure of meeting.
