  I would like to recognize Spencer for creating one of those unforgettable moments that truly represents what Disney magic is all about. My 3-year-old son really wanted a Mickey ice cream, and Spencer went above and beyond to make that little wish come true. He prepared it with such care, kindness, and genuine attention that something as simple as getting an ice cream became a memory our family will treasure forever. The expression of pure happiness on my son’s face when he saw what Spencer had made for him is something I will never forget. As a parent, there is simply no price you can put on seeing your child experience that kind of joy. To me, this is the true magic of Disney. It is not something you can buy. It comes from people like Spencer, who understand that sometimes the smallest gesture can transform an ordinary day into an extraordinary one. Spencer didn’t just serve us an ice cream — he created a magical moment for a 3-year-old boy and a beautiful memory for our entire family. ❤️ I sincerely hope Spencer receives the recognition he deserves for his kindness, generosity, and dedication. Disney is fortunate to have Cast Members like him, and I hope he continues to be part of creating this magic for families for many years to come. Thank you, Spencer.   looked forward to ice cream this evening however was turned away at the front gate due to not having a "reservation". Online says there is a walk up counter line and you can either book a reservation for sit down service or walk up on a first come first serve basis. Didnt even get to try this place. Disney has really gone down hill unfortunately. Cant even get into a "free" place anymore for ice cream with the family. Extremely disappointing.

  If patience is a virtue, this ice cream shop is basically a monastery. I have never watched ice cream get scooped this slowly in my life. By the time we reached the counter, I had aged three years and reconsidered every decision that led me there. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself was good, but the wait had a much better flavor than the dessert.

  Vegan ice cream! Thank you for the vegan options, chocolate and vanilla. I'd love to see dairy free mint chocolate chip!
