Went there at 3:30 and got the run around for over an hour, excuse after excuse after excuse about where my cake was. Finally, I received a cake that was not the cake I ordered. It wasn't a custom cake, they took one of their normal birthday cakes out the Disney princesses on it. I paid almost $40 for it. I tried to speak with the manager and she wouldn't even come out and speak with me. After requesting a refund they told me there was nothing they can do and offered me a free ice cream.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
