  In our opinion the best chili cheese dog in all the parks. It’s delish! Highly recommend if you are a chili cheese dog connoisseur! Shout out to the cast members whipping these beauties up.

  I would like to share my disappointment regarding the customer service experience my family had at the retail location on 04/12/2026. The employee in charge that day was extremely rude, especially in the way they spoke to my 10 yrs old son. He was very thirsty trying to eat that hot dog and simply needed something to drink after he finished his Coca Cola cup. We purchased 3 hot dogs, 1 Coca-Cola, and 1 beer, and I had a coffe form a near by retail, I asked politely if it was possible to get a refill for the soda. I understand if refills are not part of the policy, although it is surprising considering a fountain Coca-Cola costs nearly $5. However, what was most upsetting was that no alternative was offered, not even a complimentary cup of water in such a hot environment where hydration is important, especially for children. I was also told that the beer had to be purchased in a souvenir cup or no beer would be sold at all. Being required to pay $12.75 for beer served in a plastic souvenir cup felt unnecessary, as many guests are simply there to eat and continue enjoying their day, not to be forced into additional purchases. The most disappointing part of the experience was when I went myself and asked again if they were truly refusing to provide water for my child after we had already spent around $75.00 . Only then did they reluctantly hand me a small cup of water and tell me to go somewhere else because they had the refill machine closed for while now. That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Because of how we were treated, we decided to leave. I work in the service industry myself, and I understand policies and procedures, but kindness and basic courtesy should never be optional. This was honestly one of the lowest levels of customer service I have ever experienced, and very disappointing from what is expected of the Disney experience. Plus you guys advertise additional refills for beers but not for fountain drinks ( that’s something very uncommon)

  lines and heat are an issue here. if you are looking for a drink during peak times, head over to the left side of the park and grab a drink on that side (typically less busy)
