    I was trying to redeem a reward for a 1.00 milkshake and the cashier that waited on me kept trying to type in some numbers I mention to her can't you just scan it and she ignored me then she finally scanned it and it went thru and I was able to receive the milkshake. She has been working at Arby's for 30 years so she clearly knew that it should be scanned she was playing dumb I was told that people who play dumb are dumb 🤔
