  We did a mobile order and picked it up. I got at home and the only thing that was correct was a curly fries. We call back and talk to a team member. They were very apologetic and we went back to ensure the order was right. Food was delicious.

  Terrible experience! The chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked, the curly fries tasted like burnt oil, and the lemonade had a strange metallic taste. The steak nuggets were awful, too. I definitely won’t be coming back. 🤢

  Never been to Arbys period, saw that they had new Steak Nuggets and they looked amazing but that's it. Worst steak nugget I've ever tried. We even tried the Chicken Sandwich hoping Arbys would redeem themselves but don't waste your time the McDonald's chicken sandwich beats them hands down. The price your paying at Arbys is not worth the quality. Never again 🤮

  The food was good. They were not busy at all and still very slow. I wouldn't come here if I was in a hurry. But they were very nice.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE ANYWHERE TO BE!!!! Placed an app/online order with a pickup time, was there at that pickup time and it was 45 minutes PAST that time. Was told “we are in the middle of a rush” it was 3:30 in the afternoon!! If I hadn’t placed it on the app and it wouldn’t have been a huge headache to get a refund then I would have just left.
