  I came to this Arby's with a friend to eat and play cards. we were there for 4 hours. for about 70% of that time, our peaceful enjoyment and dining room ambience, of which we had a reasonable expectancy as paying diners, was essentially non-existent and nearly impossible due to the constant noise from employee chatter in the kitchen area. I could understand if they were busy and needed to communicate, but the dining room was virtually empty and they were just going on and on about their favorite soda, what they did the day before and whatnot. all non work-related, and excruciatingly annoying and loud. I was going to say something to the shift leader on duty, Lizzie, but being that it was her doing the most talking, I didn't see much hope in any difference being made. horrible customer courtesy etiquette and horrible example set. some re-training is in order. the food was decent and the interior / exterior was clean and well-kept but good Lord they need to keep quiet back there.

  I’ve always considered Arby’s one of my go-to fast-food restaurants, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I ordered the Angus Beef Steak sandwich after seeing the photo on the menu, expecting a hearty, flavorful sandwich that looked at least somewhat like the advertisement. Unfortunately, what I received was probably the worst example of a sandwich I’ve ever been served at Arby’s. The difference between the menu picture and the actual product was shocking. The sandwich was poorly assembled, skimpy, unappetizing, and looked nothing like what was advertised. It honestly felt like there was no pride taken in preparing it before it was handed to me. I’ve uploaded pictures because they tell the story far better than words alone. The contrast between the advertised sandwich and the one I received is a disgrace. Customers deserve food that at least resembles what they’re paying for. Arby’s, you’re better than this. I know you can do better because I’ve had many good meals from your restaurants over the years. I hope this location takes my feedback seriously and improves its quality control so future customers receive the product your brand promises and the experience they expect every single visit.
