i used to LOVE seven brew, but it has genuinely gone so far downhill. i don’t typically leave reviews but it’s genuinely getting to the point where i do not want to go here anymore. the past 4-5 times i have left disappointed in the drinks. today was the final straw as the milk in my drink genuinely tastes rotten. a few months ago i would come by daily, but now since every time they in some form will mess the drink up to the point where it’s genuinely undrinkable. it’s really a shame as i love this place but with this new line of staff they seem to not care. i should not be getting rotten milk or inconsistent drinks that just taste bad. please do better so i can come back.

i love 7 brew so much and specifically a worker named colby adams was awesome!! she was super friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude. She made sure my order was perfect and made the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and making sure everyone leaves happy.

Ruby is the absolute cutest ever. She is so sweet and kind, keeps up such an easy and authentic feeling conversation while we wait for our drinks. And she is very knowledgeable of the menu. And of course my drinks come out perfectly everytime. This place takes all my money and I love it!

Liani was amazing. Very friendly and very chatty which made our visit to 7Brew even more enjoyable. Always excited to come back to 7Brew again before we even leave. Everybody’s so friendly and the drinks are amazing. So flavorful. I always get different macchiatos, though I’ve had a regular coffee once and we have tried one of the sodas. All of the above recommend this location.

I’m disappointed with my experience at Seven Brew, especially because this has happened multiple times. I drive past this location on my way to work in the morning, and the posted business hours online clearly state that it is open from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Today, I arrived at 6:30 AM, a full hour after the advertised opening time, and the location was still not open. This has happened multiple times, which makes it difficult to rely on the posted hours when planning to stop for a drink on my way to work. I understand that unexpected circumstances can occasionally happen, but when this becomes a recurring issue, it is frustrating and inconvenient for customers. If the location is unable to consistently open at 5:30 AM, I would encourage Seven Brew to either address the scheduling issue or update the posted hours so customers have accurate information. I enjoy Seven Brew, but the repeated inconsistency with the opening time is becoming a significant inconvenience and negatively affects the overall customer experience.
