  If I could give ZERO stars I would. The WORST customer service by a young female. I was trying to place an order for my family, she turned off all the menus. I was able to ask for a kids meal, she prepared very poorly.. she didn’t greet me, barely gave any eye contact, super rude when I asked her a question, she barely replied any kind of sentence, I literally had to get her attention. She didn’t even warn me the Cafe was closing, we were in line 10min before closing, then had the audacity to ask if I wanted something else- how can I order when all the menus were turned off in front of me without any communication. I only got a kids meal, as I checked out I watched her and the other young man making themselves a bowl of food.. they said they were out of sandwiches and I could clearly see there were premade sandwiches. Eat before or after visiting. Not worth a dime.

  I highly recommend you stop somewhere and eat before you come to the Science Center! The food at this place is horrid. My Cuban sandwich was basically a hot dog bun with rancid lunch meat. My wife got one of their bowls and the brussel sprouts were raw and uncooked. And neither were the sweet potatoes.... totally raw. My grandson's flatbread pizza was below average quality. Doughy and uncut. Will not ever eat here again. Save your money. Eat somewhere else before you come.

  It gets the job done when you and the kids are starving. Theres something for everyone at this place in the OSC and its not going to break the bank

  I wanted to recognize one of the team members at 4 Roots Café today. The lunch crowd was very busy, but he remained friendly, professional, and accommodating. My daughter had an issue with her mac and cheese that was purchased from another vendor, and he gladly helped us exchange it. He also previously went above and beyond by giving brownies to my mom during an earlier visit. Despite the pressure of the lunch rush, he got our food out quickly and helped make our experience enjoyable. Excellent guest service is not always easy when things are busy, but he did a great job. Thanks and appreciation!

  Excellent portion sizes, the staff is super friendly, everything was extremely clean and well stocked! Having high chairs was a huge plus and made our visit even better. Will definitely come back on all future visits for our lunch stop!
