  Always have a bad attitude. Not sure who's doing the hiring, but I can go at noon or midnight and get the same, "You're bothering me, I don't want to help you" service

  I asked for a cup of ice and this is what I got. This is disgusting! If they feel comfortable giving a customer a cup of ice this dirty I can’t imagine what else they would do.

  I sat there for almost 10 minutes watching the workers do their job with no enthusiasm or any sense of expediting food. I'm sure they're tired and I'm sure they're underpaid but when I directly ask them a question I'm looking at my food in a case getting cold and no one will help me. I was totally upset with the staff there I'm sure they all have their own problems but I certainly would expect someone to at least acknowledge my question. Something like, quote yes I hear you give me one second. " That would have made all the difference in the world just having someone acknowledged that I was there. I was truly disgusted in my food was cold while I waited for them to get their acts together

  i came through the drive thru and the lady at the speaker already rude, i let it slide it’s late but then i get to the window she doesn’t say a word and just hands me my food. now the food is another thing why the hell my quesadilla wet? that doesn’t make no sense and then she wanna put no ice in my drink like ik you have to press that fill up button twice to even do that and i don’t understand why she would even do that. i come to this taco bell enough to recognize her and every single time i come through she’s rude beyond belief. it’s honestly appalling how you can be that ridiculously uncaring. like bare minimum put ice in my drink it literally takes longer to make it without ice. tall skinny white lady with ginger hair, smh

  Cashier Simani D was EXTREMELY RUDE while completing my order #25945 today; April 14, 2026 at 4:43 p.m. My husband and I order take out from this particular restaurant twice a month; every other Tuesday and I have never had a bad experience. Today, after placing my order via the intercom the cashier said pull forward. I pulled forward, rolled down my window with my money in my hand waiting for her to tell me the total. She was taking the next customer's order so I rolled up my window so I could limit the pollen from entering my car. I was watching her the entire time. When she turned in my direction, I opened the window. She said $20.40. I gave her the exact change and rolled up my window. She said, I'm about to give you your drinks, but she didn't have the drinks in her hand. It only takes 2 seconds to roll down the window so I waited for her to get the drinks. She walked away. When she returned, I rolled down the window and she yelled "ARE YOU READY FOR YOUR ORDER"? She proceeded to shove the drinks in my hand and basically tossed the boxes to me. I responded, may I have my receipt. She gave me my receipt and I said I will report your rude behavior. I will definitely think twice before returning to this location.
