  My overall experience had ups n downs: The girl at the speaker in DT was pretty short, meaning, when you ask if you could have a second .. and then you say ..”ok I’m ready”.. she just sat there, knowing I was being polite waiting til she was ready to say “ok, go ahead”…so I could say what I wanted, but nope. She wanted to prove I needed to be the one with nice salutations not the one working (her)… like I was THE inconvenience —Weird energy. Then the girl who gave me my food was mehhh… but to the food: This was my first time ordering the Big Arch. Let’s first talk about the bun. If you guys are trying to come for Burger King, at least make the meat bigger than the bun or close to the size. It just felt like I was eating oversized bread and that part doesn’t usually turn out well when you feel like you are eating more bread than anything. You could tell the meat was bigger, but again, it got lost in the bread. The sandwich doesn’t present well either, it was messy and dull in color .It was just ‘ok’ overall. You guys probably wasted too much money on the marketing and the deployment of getting this thing to the market, for it to not be a wow factor. Go back to the drawing board… and also, to boot.. I went there around lunchtime -12ish and the place was like going into a K-mart, circa last day in business. So yah… 😏🫠

  Surprisingly just about the best McDonald's I have been. Everything was right, fresh and everyone was happy to be there. Everyone including the management deserves a raise.

  first and foremost, you guys do not answer your phone which would prevent bad reviews & bad surveys. secondly your overnight management and crew trainer are RUDE AS HECK, i can through after a long day at work myself , spent my heard earned money to get a fry that was halfway full. i asked to get more fries and the dude at the window told me he could give me more sauce, what am i going to do with more sauce and nothing to dip in it??? please explain the level of stupidity of the people you got working here ! third of all i finally got to the manager, HE ARGUED WITH ME FOR 15 MINUTES IN THE 3RD WINDOW to tell me i can “PURCHASE” more fries ..I ALREADY PAUD FOR THEM AND DIDNT GET WHAT I PAID FOR !!! please explain how this is right .

  Blonde lady who I would assume to be the manager was rude and has an attitude for no reason if you don’t wanna do your job maybe don’t work there. I don’t want to spend my money just to be talked to in a rude way. Never had a problem here before, but I won’t be coming back to this location. Thanks to her. Hopefully, you guys can find a better manager.
