  2 employees were very helpful but manager on duty was rude and disrespectful. No clue how you can keep a woman that acts like that. Ridiculous may 6th 8pm.

  Ordered a chicken mccrispy with xtra sauce deluxe n this is my order they had no problem charging a xtra 39 cent or 10 something for the meal but this is the meal unreal I want my money back

  After being ignored for 10 minutes because all they worried about inside was food delivery people I went through the drive thru. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes, egg McMuffin and some extra sausage. Went to eat got a English muffin And no butter or syrup for my hot cakes, Going to have to do better if you want my business.

  The black woman at the second drive through window on 4/19/26 @ 6:30pm needs customer service training. I asked for sauce for my meal and she rudely informed me that they charge for sauce then handed me my food and proceeded to ignore my request. When I asked again, telling her I was willing to pay, she got an attitude and took my money, got the sauce, came back and said "next time order the sauce with your food." There are a lot of people out there who need and want a job, no need to hire rude people who don't want to do their job and can't treat people with basic human respect. Do better McDonald's.

  I always tend to have a bad experience here, but it's my own fault for coming back. Today, drive thru was empty, I pulled up and ordered a sausage and egg bagel no cheese, 2 hashbrowns and an ice coffee. She rung it up all separate. I got to the window and asked if it would be cheaper to ring it as a meal with an additional hashbrowns and handed her my card. No smile, no greeting, and she just charged my card. Picked up my food and went to my destination. Opened the bagel and it was bacon. But clearly says sausage on the package.
