  They must have changed their ice cream recipe. The last two visits it tastes like frozen whip cream not ice cream.

  I came into this location a couple of weeks ago with my two children and I got two meal deals for them. I didn't want the kids to have ice cream that day so I said no thank you to the Sunday and the worker offered me a coupon for both Sundays. He wrote the two on the coupon and gave it to me and replacement of me getting too soon Sundays. I tried to redeem that coupon today and was told multiple times that I could not get the Sundays and was questioned by multiple workers and managers that I was basically lying about the coupon. This was the fault of an employee and not me so it was very rude of them to make me feel as a customer that I was lying or in the wrong. I will not be back to this location.

  Super Fantastic Dairy Queen! Great service! Great customer service! Great food! Great prices! Food is hot fresh and delicious! Meals deals you can't beat! We are trying to make it over there a few times a week.Great food spots are getting hard to find.Great food prices are getting hard to find.Here you have both.

  I’ve been a regular at Dairy Queen because we live close by and I grew up on it. We go once a week usually in the evening. I will say the evening staff are hit or miss. Some are nice and friendly, the others are rude and act like us customers are a bother. Anyways, I always order the same simple thing, a cup of chocolate ice cream with chocolate dip on top. Unfortunately, the biggest issue here is consistency. Every once in a while, I’ll get exactly what I expect: a properly sized medium with a generous amount of dip. But most of the time, the portions are noticeably smaller. Both the ice cream and the dip feel more like a child sized serving than the medium I paid for. After a particularly disappointing visit recently, I decided to give it another shot and even ordered an extra side of dip to make up for it. The ice cream itself was finally a proper medium size this time, but the dip still fell short it didn’t even fully cover the ice cream. As for the extra side I paid for, it was honestly insulting. The container was maybe a quarter full, and I couldn’t even dip a spoonful of ice cream into it. When I poured it on top of my ice cream to cover the bare side, it barely made a difference. At this point, the inconsistency has become frustrating enough that I’ll likely start looking for a new ice cream spot. It shouldn’t be this hard to get the same order made the same way each time.
