- SDSelena Daliz6 days ago1.0Found a phone in the woman’s bathroom. I took it to charge it as it was at 15% went to got pick up my own food and waited for someone to call. Turns out the phone belonged to Veronica( employee here at chipotle) i tell her my name let her know I found it in the bathroom and I have it on me and will happily return the phone to her as I didn’t want someone to steal times are hard out here. She then proceeded to call me and my husband a thief, insulted and threatened to call the police for “grand theft” the manager I think was nice enough to break it up and apologize for her behavior, while the other two black male employees were laughing and instigating saying we wanted to steal her phone. Completely unacceptable behavior and rude I understand being panicked about losing your phone, but to call me and my husband thieves for wanting to return your phone is unacceptable

Then him and the big white guy working the register literally repeated my order back and forth four times to make sure they charged me for EVERY little thing. I drove home and they didn’t put the chips in the bag. I drove back (gas is 4.28/gal right now) and I told the girl on the line that the dude didn’t put my chips in the bag so I had to drive all the way back and with a smirk on her face said “Well would you like your chips now?” Glad you got a kick out of giving me attitude over your guys mistake. Won’t go to this Chipotle anymore.
