  We ordered two bowls and neither of them were even half filled not to mention when I called up there to see if I could get a refund the attitude that I had gotten on the phone

  Love chipotle. There are 4 of them within a few miles in Orange Park FL area. I seldom eat at this one because their portions are so small I can't get enough protein. This is my third visit to this one and I'd recommend any of the others first. I see previous reviews also mention portion size. If you're placing office/multiple orders or need protein, try the one at 295 and Blanding,, or the two others south on Blandin.

  Ordered on line to pick up. After we got it home, realized they had not given us the chips as ordered. Tried to call but kept getting AI Voice. Finally after a lot of frustration we got the manager who said we could revisit the store to get some, otherwise we would have to call 1-800 Chipotle for refund. Food was not good and the steak taco was mostly fat and not chewable. Still trying to get our money back for chips. First and last visit.

  I’m not understanding the bad reviews unless they have the wrong location. Fleming Island has the best portions, tastes and the customer service is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and they make sure you are satisfied with your order when you are served. If portions were any bigger, you would need to be carried out first being so full! Best restaurant in Fleming Island!

  If I ask for extra rice and I got less rice than I do at a location normally I feel like this is an issue. The girl who started out the bowl was so rude. I’m not sure why y’all are so mad… This week I am willing to pay for extra rice.. she straight up ignored most things I said . Sad this is the Fleming location. Fire the hole staff and start fresh at this point. Clearly we all aren’t happy … look at the reviews .
