- DDDeannaSep 10, 20261.0The main reasons I continue going to Chick-fil-A are the fresh food and the good customer service, which unfortunately seems harder and harder to find nowadays. This experience was extremely disappointing. On September 9, 2026, around 7:20 PM, I went through the drive-thru to order food for my children. The first thing I noticed was that the employee, Gray-S, did not greet me at all. He asked for my name, and when I provided it, I guess he didn't hear me because his response was, “What!?” I repeated my name, but his attitude continued throughout the entire interaction. He was unnecessarily rude and made me feel like I was at a poorly managed McDonald's rather than Chick-fil-A. I understand that everyone has bad days. I truly do. But customers shouldn't have to absorb someone else's bad day, especially when they're simply being polite and trying to order food. What made this particularly upsetting for me is that I'm just getting out of homelessness. Being able to purchase the fast food my children request makes me happy because there was a time when I couldn't always do that. I came through the drive-thru in a positive mood, happy to get my kids something they wanted, and left upset because of how unnecessarily rude an employee was to me. Then, after getting all the way home, I looked inside the bag and discovered that NONE of the Chick-fil-A sauces I requested were included. I specifically requested FIVE sauces because my children love Chick-fil-A sauce. I expect better from Chick-fil-A because good customer service has always been one of the things that separates this company from other fast-food restaurants. This experience did not reflect that at all, and I am very disappointed.
