  Went through the drive around 5:30, everyone was polite and it was honestly one of the best experiences for Arbys that ive had in a long time! Do miss the old school touch but customer service and quality food makes up for it 😃

  The food was pretty good. The beef and cheddars are always on point fries were fresh hot and crispy. The steak nuggets were OK kind of like seasoned beef jerky But you guys keep forgetting the dipping sauce and that makes the whole meal😩

  Went through the drive thru on 8/11/26, was told “take my time” & then 2 seconds later was rushed by the employee at the window to take my order even though I was told to take my time & look at the menu. There was no vehicles behind me waiting so I thought I had a moment to figure out what I wanted but nope.. Stephanie was rushing me, bad attitude and very rude plus after getting my food, I was missing items so I went back & she was basically rolling her eyes & once again, a bad attitude. She proceeds to tell me “next time you need to stop at the menu board before coming to the window” with the worst attitude.. instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Makes me not want to come back to this place! If it wasn’t for customers, she wouldn’t have an income. 🤬
