  Went through the drive thru on 8/11/26, was told “take my time” & then 2 seconds later was rushed by the employee at the window to take my order even though I was told to take my time & look at the menu. There was no vehicles behind me waiting so I thought I had a moment to figure out what I wanted but nope.. Stephanie was rushing me, bad attitude and very rude plus after getting my food, I was missing items so I went back & she was basically rolling her eyes & once again, a bad attitude. She proceeds to tell me “next time you need to stop at the menu board before coming to the window” with the worst attitude.. instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Makes me not want to come back to this place! If it wasn’t for customers, she wouldn’t have an income. 🤬

  I really like Arby’s and I love the girl with the blue hair that works the drive thru, she has excellent customer service. I work across the street so I get it atleast once a week and get the crafted sandwiches. They always give coupons on the app. The only option I wish they had was extra sauerkraut on the online menu so I don’t have to ask for it at the window and bother the workers. They always give it to me though just wish it was easier for them.

  Very nice place. Not a long wait even woth several customers. Got our orders right. Very friendly staff.
