  We went on 7/30/26 and ordered almost $40. The person taking my order was rude even when he handed us our food at the window. Once we got to work (5 minutes away) we opened our bags and was missing food, the fries were cold, and the buns were wet. My daughter called to let them know we were missing food. She spoke to Nate and he was rude and gave her a hard time. I wouldn't recommend at all. I would give zero stars if that was an option. They need to do better.

  This location is hit or miss I haven’t been there since 6-15-26 because I ordered on the app and selected 2 cheese cups and apparently they disappeared at checkout and I didn’t notice so my wife picked up order and they pulled her forward and then she asked about cheese cups and the guy goes in and comes back out and argues with her that I didn’t order it so he’s not giving it to her. And then she got home and our two cheese steaks had very little meat and was all cheese and for the price of two combo’s that is ridiculous I am going to delete the app because it doesn’t work right and Arby’s won’t drive me crazy with messages and this is not the first time we have had issues they always forget something on about every one of our orders they definitely need better customer service training but I don’t go to Arby’s anymore and it’s sad I’ve been eating there since the 80s I’m done ranting if it even matters!!
