  Been a long time since I've been to Arby's. Normally the food is really good at this particular location. Using the drive-thru our order was pretty good French Fries Hot Fresh However My chicken Bacon Swiss was a little bit substandard could have been better. My wife had French dip. She said it was pretty good. Window service was very nice.

  Buffalo chicken sandwich hard as a rock. Seemed like they microwaved a previously fried chicken piece.

  We went on 7/30/26 and ordered almost $40. The person taking my order was rude even when he handed us our food at the window. Once we got to work (5 minutes away) we opened our bags and was missing food, the fries were cold, and the buns were wet. My daughter called to let them know we were missing food. She spoke to Nate and he was rude and gave her a hard time. I wouldn't recommend at all. I would give zero stars if that was an option. They need to do better.
