  Ordered the 3x2 combo which is 3 meats and 2 sides. The service was very quick and friendly. Got St. Louis ribs, burnt ends, and brisket. For brisket, you can get moist or lean. I got moist, which essentially means fatty. For sides I got mac & cheese and collard greens. Ordered coleslaw and southern style corn as well. The corn was good. Coleslaw was good. Collard greens were OK. Mac & cheese was some of the most artificial tasting mac & cheese I’ve ever had. The ribs were ok. The brisket was way overcooked to the point where the meat was bone dry. The burnt ends, well I’m not actually sure if that’s what it was. It was a small pile of slop. I didn’t see any burnt ends, just meat slop with burnt barbecue sauce from sitting in a warmer for far too long. I could not eat more than two bites of the so-called burnt ends. It was disgusting. 4 Rivers….you massively failed on two of my three meats and barely passed on the ribs. If you ever see me walking in here again, please punch me in the face and kick me out.

  4 Rivers Smokehouse really said “Happy Mother’s Day” and handed me a tray of emotional damage with a side of disappointment. 🌚 Ordered the Pick 2 Platter. The “moist brisket” was apparently 87% fat and 13% broken promises. The quarter ribs were hanging on by a thread trying to save the meal like exhausted background actors in a low budget BBQ documentary. Now let’s discuss the baked cheese grits… somehow both baked AND dehydrated. Those grits were drier than the Sahara Desert wearing linen pants in July. I took one bite and instantly understood what tumbleweeds feel like. The corn was there. Existing. Spiritually absent, but physically present. The true MVP of the evening? The coconut bomb dessert. That little angel carried the entire establishment on its coconut -covered back. Without it, this review would’ve needed grief counseling. Overall the food tasted cold, old, and like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the Obama administration. And this was my Mother’s Day dinner. Nothing says “we appreciate moms” quite like brisket fat and archaeological grits.

  Cafeteria style dining. Food was very mid. Sides were not made on site. The restaurant itself was quite cavernous and still felt cramped. If you are looking for something that is not fast food it passes but there are many better options in my opinion if you are going out to dinner.

  Their food is so good. We got there right after the church crowd, so alot of the non food items were not refilled( forks, the outside drink machine was completely empty with everything, ice and drinks. There were zero forks. Had to use a spoon to eat my brisket. Thankfully their brisket melts in your mouth.😁 I felt bad for the staff, they seemed overwhelmed, but they were still kind and professional. I would definitely do a family of dinner here again. The food is way higher quality and yumminess than a 5 star rating.

  I eat a lot of bbq and smoke a lot of my own. 4 rivers was mid level for me. The inside of the store was beautiful and the meat was moist but just average flavor. I think it’s a little over priced for the portions and quality. Honestly the beans were the best item of the five I tried
