  yeah the mixed african-american girl who seems to be 16-18 years old that has crazy looking square shaped acrylics and some other guy pretty much tossed out food into our car expecting us to know which one of the 2 orders was which and also they didn’t realize that we had 2 orders even tho we said it at the speaker. they didn’t say a word to us no smiling or any sort of “good customer service”. as someone who has worked in food service for 5 years plus you guys need to hire new employees with a high expectation of quality characteristics as people.

  Salários baixos refletem no atendimento aos clientes, paguem melhor aos colaboradores para que tenham clientes satisfeitos, simplesmente não posso vir aqui e culpar a equipe pelo pedido que veio errado e montado grosseiramente quando lembro que muitas vezes o time não está motivado.

  We can by around 10pm, fries were ice cold. Chicken nuggets were soggy

  Well sorry I couldn't give 5 zeros. But, first for a owner who tells you to responds to a website even before apologizing for the inconvenience gives you your first warning, second if you have to read a review about a McDonald's your second warning, third if you allow all your Spanish speaking employees speak different from other employees right in front of each other, and in front of customers warning number three. If im correct 3 strikes your out. Needless to say I been told myself I wasn't coming back here the last time I came, but a year I give them another try on a Sunday morning come on man!!!. Just like one review i read if you want some good service you are better off going around the corner to Linebaugh and Countryway. Hate to say it but if your not the nationality of whom ever owns the store and the manager's you probably gonna get not the best service. So on this Sunday morning I'm not even going say nothing else but Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money with this place. People work right next door to this place and they don't go. Beware and what for code enforcement coming soon. 100 ZEROS

  I wanted to try the new Arch burger inside the restaurant on my way home from work. Staff completely inattentive. I chose a seat to dine in and waited for my burger. I said it was for here and they were going to put it in a bag even though I said for here. Burger arrived, very yummy. Experience ruined by a manager seated right across from me (despite there being many many empty seats to choose from in the restaurant) having a full on conversation on her phone with the speaker on speaking very loudly on her break. Very, very unprofessional. Ruined my experience entirely. She should be fired for this behavior. In fact, the entire staff was speaking very loudly in Spanish the entire time I was in the restaurant. The owner of this branch needs to check into the atmosphere of the employees in the dining room. Very poor.
