From the second I walked in, Cannon made me feel like I was the most important customer in the restaurant. The level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm was honestly unbelievable. It’s one thing to be polite because it’s your job, but Cannon clearly goes above and beyond because he actually cares about giving people a great experience. Even with the restaurant being busy, Cannon handled everything with incredible speed and confidence. Every interaction was friendly, every question was answered with patience, and somehow he managed to keep a smile on his face the entire time. It felt like he had the ability to make every customer feel welcomed, which is an incredibly rare quality. The food came out ridiculously fast, perfectly fresh, and exactly as ordered. My chicken sandwich looked like it belonged in a commercial, the fries were perfectly crisp, and the lemonade tasted like it had been handcrafted by world-class chefs. Whether Cannon personally made that happen or simply helped keep everything running smoothly, his dedication was obvious. What impressed me most was the attitude he brought to work. You could tell he wasn’t just there to clock in and clock out—he genuinely wanted every customer to leave happier than they arrived. Employees like Cannon are the reason people become loyal to a restaurant. He’s the kind of person who represents exactly what customer service should look like. If I owned this Chick-fil-A, I’d be doing everything possible to keep Cannon on the team because employees with this level of work ethic, positivity, and professionalism are incredibly hard to find. He deserves every bit of recognition he can get. This wasn’t just a great fast-food experience—it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Cannon absolutely deserves a raise, a promotion, and every compliment that comes his way. 10/10. If I could leave 100 stars, I would.
