I have dealt with her multiple times, and her attitude is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. She has no business speaking to customers the way she does. My most recent interaction was beyond frustrating — instead of listening to the concern and actually attempting to resolve it, she came across as though the customer was simply an inconvenience. What is even more concerning are the food-safety and cleanliness issues I have observed at this location. Food safety is not something management gets to take casually. Proper food handling, hand hygiene, sanitation, preventing cross-contamination, and following required procedures should be basic expectations in any restaurant. When customers can notice things that make them question whether those standards are actually being followed, management needs to take that seriously. This location desperately needs accountability. Bri’s behavior and the way customer concerns are handled are embarrassing for a brand that supposedly prides itself on hospitality and customer service. Management should be setting the standard, not giving customers more reasons to question whether the restaurant is being properly operated. After multiple experiences, I would seriously think twice before spending my money at this location. The management needs a major wake-up call.

Sauce doesn’t even help, and that’s IF they actually add the condiments to the bag that you’ve requested. Today I tried again and ordered a 12-count nugget meal for myself and my child to share. While the nuggets weren’t terribly overcooked this time, there was only 10 in there. I paid for the extra 4, not just 2. I’m six months pregnant and wanted all the nuggets I paid for since I was already having to share them. Between the two meals we ordered, we requested 5 ranch sauces…only received 2. Is counting that hard??? Do better Oldsmar CFA!
