Sorry to complain but when did Papa John's quit taking walk-in orders? I went into the store in Okeechobee FL and he told me to order on line. All I wanted to do is order a freaking pizza run couple errands and come back for the pizza but no he's like order on line I have no time to take orders only making pizza well obviously Papa John's need to hire extra person then just one to cook and not taking orders. *****That's not the only complain I have I have a few from that place. **"*Like the other guy with 7 inch beard with no hair net!!! Gross!!! 🤢🤢🤢

I have been a customer of PJ for many years and never had an issues. I placed an order last Friday at 4pm to be delivered at 5:15pm. Around 5:30pm called store. Message stayed they were behind. Ok waited until 6:00pm, spoke to employee, who in turn spoke to manager. I was told "DoorDash" delivers for them now. My order was ready, but no one claimed to deliver it! It was sitting there for at least one hour! I said I would pick it up, but I was told that won't work, in case DoorDash did pick it up! I was very upset and canceled my order! This is not good customer service. If DoorDash doesn't pick it up, staff should call customer to see what they would like to do! I'm sorry but I will not use this establishment any more! Need to up your CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is now the third time our family got sick within a few hours of eating our pizza from there. I don't know if it is their Alfredo sauce and they are not properly maintaining it but we have all thrown up our food yet again. This time the pizza didn't taste done enough too. Done with this place for good.

You can barely get the staff to acknowledge your existence at this location. It's very frustrating. They are very slow when making food. The girl with the blind curly hair and head phones tossed pizza with no gloves on. She has long nails which harbor bacteria and the dough hits her hair when she's tossing it because she doesn't have it pulled it. It's pretty disgusting. I wouldn't buy food from here unless you want to get sick from contamination. The guy with the long hair and beard literally doesn't acknowledge your existence at all. To make matters worse I went to pick up an Uber order. I gave the girl the name. She acknowledged it and said it would be ready in a few minutes. The order was for pizza hut not Papa John's. I waited over 15 mins before I realized. She never told me they didn't have an order for those items or under that name.
