  While I enjoy McD speed while on the job quick lunch I did not appreciate manager and 2 employees cursing loudly and speaking in a very nasty unprofessional manner while there was a Family with kids in the Lobby.

  They need to do way better with their customer service, I left without my caramel sundae and 2 chocolate chip cookies in hand. I was going to be paying in cash for them but they had me standing in front of the cash register for too long and with no one to acknowledge me standing there. Mind you them looking right at me and still nothing for someone to come and charge me. Please do better.

  Worst McDonalds from here to New York and here to Texas. I have been to so many, but none this bad. Rude staff, dirty restaurant, long waits, and still wrong orders often.

  Utterly appalling rude, dismissive attitude by the "Manager" woman, name of "Waal". Other staff were embarrassed by her rudeness. We walked out as we are not gong to ever give our business to such an awful woman. Two other people who had witnessed her vile behaviour to us came over to apologise and tell us that she is like that to everyone and they don't know how she hasn't been fired yet! Shame on you for still employing this absolutely awful person. We walked

  Incredibly rude service from the manager Waal. We had a coupon from McDs for buy1 get 1 free and she wouldnt honour it because we didn't do the review (which was required to get the offer) for her branch. Amazing how she wouldn't even listen that when we get served we then do a review for her branch... well... this is the result... bad service, infact total lack of customer service from her = bad review. The poor member of staff with her was openly embarrassed and apologised. She was indeed very pleasant and exactly how a key member of Mcdonalds staff should be, happy, welcoming, smiles....but we will never return to this one, and wouldnt recommend it to others if thats the example that the branch manager sets. Very poor indeed. Maybe a bad day for her but don't take it out on members of the public trying to actually keep you in business and buy something from you.
