- JCJamie Claussen4 days ago1.0The Fort Drum Service Plaza location is the WORST Dunkin I have ever dealt with! Staff were rude, got our order wrong, and staff embarrassed us because they screwed up. They refused to give us our receipt. I tried to do a complaint on Dunkins website and you can't without info from receipt! Then I tried to call their corporate office and sat on hold for over 30 minutes! Nobody ever answered my call!

Customer service should always be respectful and considerate.

I had to call a person preparing food to ask how to order and was told just order similar and then tell them the change after it's ordered. Waited another 20 minutes for 2 coffees and donuts. Had to tell them what kind of donuts as choices are not in the electronic ordering board. Watched the manager make himself a coffee and food and take off leaving his staff under staffed to handle the crowd building. The manager was never to be seen the entire time I was there until he came out of the back, made himself food and took off to go enjoy it. He never helped with ordered or food prep. Seriously disappointing in a place where u just need a quick grab and go. Felt bad for the actual work staff. They weren't moving too quickly either though.
