- KVKenny Vega5 days ago1.0I travel through this area often and have visited this Dunkin on different days and at different times. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. My order has been wrong four times in a row (bagel and drinks), and when I tried to politely explain the issue, staff seemed dismissive, as if I was at fault. Employees rarely acknowledge customers with a smile, yet chat among themselves. I understand bad days happen, but this has been a pattern across multiple visits. I hope management addresses training and customer service, because this location could do much better.

I couldn't so was told I needed to wait while girls got caught up.Stood there 10mins while everyone in line behind me ordered at keyosk putting everyone's order on screen and they started making those orders still didn't take my order never have i walked out till today I'm a Server this was just horrid from time mngmt,to cleanliness and customer all Fails!!

A male employee was being a little creepy with how he was looking at them and interacting with them. Real off-putting. Please watch your employee.
