- RMR MJun 24, 20261.0I wish I could give 0 stars. In my life of nearly 50 years it’s my first time at Dunkin Donuts, and my last. I ordered 2 cups of drip coffee with room at the top. If you pull the spout it takes 1 minute or less to fill 2 paper cups. Only 1 person in front of me. After the first 10 minutes nothing was done, still waiting. The worker was the slowest person ever. They poured 1 cup and decided to brew more. Didn’t bother to ask if I would prefer the midnight blend or decaf. I waited another 10 minutes and still no coffee while I watched the lady dawdle around. I finally just walked out and went to the gas station which took 4 total minutes. I had stopped super quick to use the toilet and get a coffee, so Unless you consider the fort drum plaza an attraction and planning to skip Disney, I’d avoid this place.

I ordered a hot matcha, and one staff member told me they do not prepare hot beverages at that location, which was confusing since it was clearly listed on the menu. We asked to speak with a manager, but the three employees at the counter ignored our request three times. When we finally reached the manager, he was very friendly, apologized for the situation, and personally prepared my drink. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue, but the customer service from the other staff members was disappointing.
