  I wish I had gotten the ladies’ names so I could reference them directly for their impeccable service and the quality of the food delivered: our experience was EXCELLENT! I enjoy occasionally ordering fast food, and I really appreciate having to wait a moment because I know that means my dish isn’t sitting in a stack with other burgers, but it’s actually being cooked + assembled “in that moment”! So having to wait is a sign of fresher, custom delivery of my order: I value a small wait! Your drive-thru attendant was absolutely precious! Called us darling, made us feel heard, and even offered suggestions when we asked for recommendations, instead of becoming bored with our questions. And you could tell by the way she held herself, that she knows something about “flavor”. The fries were SUPERB! Salty, fresh, crisp! They were so good that we had to go back and order more! Absolute hitters!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this location!

  Lazy… that about sums it up . Put some freaking pep in your step … lazy workers , act like they can’t do anything more than what involves them spinning in a circle.. this place used to be great and busy now it sucks

  This is the WORST Dairy Queen..!! I ordered a medium twist cone , & $7.00 meal with a Sunday paid 11.??? The Sunday was a spoon full, the med cone was 2 spoons and melting aside the machine wasn't working... It's in okeechobee fl the only ice cream place there....which is the worst place EVERrrrrr....!!! I was on my way home from work I went through the drive thru... Trust me.. I WILL NEVER GO THERE OR ANY OTHER DAIRY QUEEN AGAIN...

  VERY RUDE IMPATIENT EMPLOYEES NOT THE FIRST TIME BUT THIS IS THE SECOND TIME FOOD WAS OLD AND COLD AND ICE SCREAM SEEMS LIKE IT WAS OUT DUE TO IT BEING VERY RUNNY I BELIEVE ITS JUST NIGHT SHIFT BUT AT THIS POINT I COULD BE WRONG THIS WHOLE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND I WILL CALLING CORPORATE AND SHOW THEM MY DASHCAM VIDEO FROM BOTH TIMES

  CONSUMER BEWARE.... STAFF NOT PROPERLY TRAINED TO HANDLE SPECIAL REQUESTS. Tha manager will do nothing to correct the situation although aware their was a problem. Won't be back!
