  Tried our local 7 Brew for the second time today and had a very similar experience to the first visit. I'm definitely not a coffee snob, but I know the difference between a decent iced coffee and one that misses the mark. Both times, the coffee tasted like watered down milk with flavored creamer. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to taste, but if you're expecting something closer to a traditional iced coffee from Dunkin or a local coffee shop, you may be surprised. Another issue was ordering. There isn't an in person menu, so you're expected to look everything up on your phone. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem very familiar with the menu or have many recommendations, which made ordering more difficult than it needed to be. We paid a little over $7 before the tip screen was flipped around. I'm not against tipping at all, but I don't love being asked to tip before I've even received my drink, especially in a drive thru where I'm searching the menu on my own, can't easily see prices, and didn't receive much guidance. The drinks took less than a minute to make, and after tipping we spent about $9 on a coffee that, once again, we didn't enjoy. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of less is because the staff was friendly. They seemed a little distracted at first, but they were smiling, polite, and had a positive attitude. I just wish the coffee and overall experience matched the customer service.
