  Asked three cars to back up just so that you could ask me (in a Toyota Tacoma) to back up and get into lane two because “you don’t really like trucks in the left lane”. No signage. That’s what I get for being a grown man and thinking “Hey let me try this iced coffee place”

  The people that work there are always the sweetest and friendliest, and the service is always quick and accurate. This morning I went through and the girl that waited on us remembered me. And she remembered what I usually order and asked if I would like to have that again. And she even gave me ideas of other drinks, because I am clueless about different tastes of things.

  I have to give a HUGE shout-out to the young adults working at 7 Brew. They are, without question, some of the nicest, most hardworking, respectful, and genuinely pleasant employees I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Every single time I go there, I’m greeted with a smile, treated like my business is actually appreciated, and, believe it or not, I can have a normal conversation without being yelled at, cussed at, ignored, or treated like I’ve personally ruined someone’s day simply by showing up. 😂 Apparently, customer service is NOT a lost art. You just have to know where to find it. Of course, this is my personal experience and others may have different opinions, but consistency speaks volumes, and my experience at 7 Brew has been consistently excellent. And to some of the other businesses around town: take notes. Customers walking through your doors during your posted business hours are not an unexpected inconvenience. We are, in fact, the reason you have business hours. 😂 Being friendly doesn’t cost anything. A simple “hello,” a smile, and treating customers like human beings instead of an interruption shouldn’t qualify as exceptional service, but unfortunately, these days it sometimes does. 7 Brew, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. Your customer service is beyond reproach, and it is hands-down the best I have personally experienced in town. You’re proving that great customer service is still alive and well. And to the businesses getting irritated because customers keep showing up… That pesky “having customers” problem is usually considered a good thing. 😂👏☕️

  Tried this place for the first time, and unfortunately, I can’t say I was impressed or that I would return. First, the ordering process is a little confusing. They have screens, but you have to wait for someone to come to your car to take your order. Second, the Salted Caramel Macchiato I received looked nothing like what was advertised on the screen or website. There was only a tiny amount of caramel syrup at the bottom of the cup, and overall, it looked more like a standard iced coffee. The coffee itself wasn’t terrible, but it was nothing special and definitely didn’t match what I was expecting based on the picture. Perhaps employees need additional training on how the drinks are supposed to be prepared and presented. If a product is advertised a certain way, customers should reasonably expect to receive something similar. On a positive note, the employees were nice. Lastly, I’m not interested in a response. I’ve noticed that same response on many negative reviews, and I don’t understand the purpose of asking customers to repeat a complaint they’ve already clearly explained. The issue is outlined here, so the feedback should simply be passed along to management or whoever is responsible for handling customer concerns rather than asking the customer to take an additional step and repeat the complaint. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and works on improving the consistency between what is advertised and what is actually served.
