  Awesome staff and environment at this store!! every time I come in they are awesome. I love Jimmy John's, as a business owner I get food from them all the time because it's good and convenient and freaky fast lol. But Ridley and Maxwell make this store my favorite by far

  There was no one at the counter and with 3 workers we did not get served for up to 4-5 minutes. I am not sure of online orders kept them busy or else. Also, we asked twice (the cashier and the sandwich maker) to use extra Avocado on #12. They both ignored our request. 8 inch sandwich for $10 is high. I think we will stick with Firehouse.

  Teenager females that get hired here are weird and unprofessional. They need to learn customer service they have not been taught. I can’t believe big chain restaurants like this are still hiring people with no customer service or fast food experience. It’s ruining their business

  Teenagers work here and make uncomfortable eye contact when I’m trying to eat I shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable when I’m spending $23 on one sandwich talking badly about customers under their breath is wildly unprofessional

  The Weird teenager females who worked there ruined the vibe every time they ruined the atmosphere. It’s a real shame. They have good food just really bad customer service. I don’t know why places like this that make really good food higher teenagers to ruin the atmosphere of the restaurant.
