To curse me out and slender me because I was on your drive-through sensor, which I have no clue about as I was just trying to get my kids situated with his breakfast is absolutely pathetic and you shouldn’t be able to control yourself in a more professional manner while working. It’s bad when my five-year-old says wow daddy that guy was really mean.

They rarely greet anyone, and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. I understand everyone has bad days, but this has become the norm. Management needs to address the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location.

Oh the manager, who actually takes the orders at the drive thru, I found out after refusing to let her talk down to me, I gave her a taste of her own medicine unfortunately, by stooping down to her own level, she received attitude right back. She didn’t appreciate my response to her terrible treatment, bad day or not she needs to be evaluated... I asked her after she told me to “take my money elsewhere” if she owned Dunkin Donuts and if she didn’t then to give me her name so that I could let the people that value my money at their establishment know this lady is abusing her power, being rude, short tempered and bothered to do her job. You simply can’t ask any questions or she will snap. After refusing to give me her name and telling me to get out of her order window and to take my money elsewhere. I drove up and asked the employee in the window, who in sheer fear shares with me that “Ms. Tomey” is her name and she is the manager… Theres only one way many others continuously still share this same experience is by someone unable to be reprimanded or potentially loosing their position and that could only be a “higher up/manager”..
