  This dunkin is great I always stop in the drive through before work and they are very friendly, the service is fast, and the food is always good.

  Bought a brand new refillable mug had to beg to get it rinsed out and then they don’t even put coffee in it. They refuse to put their own coffee in their own mug. I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve never had this happen, especially when buying a brand new mug and asked them to rinse it out. The lady had the worst attitude anybody I’ve ever seen. Shouldn’t even be on the front counter. And then put the coffee for a 32 ounce mug and the smallest cup. She could probably find then even have to fill up my mug that I just bought. I don’t know how much I threw away on it, but I had to stop at another Duncan tax to get it filled up. Won’t be back at that store.

  Best DD I ever went in!! Connor deserves a raise! He was so sweet! My week has been awful and he just had a great soul and made it better with just a little kind gesture!! I will be back!!

  went to Dunkin' this morning around 10:45 and honestly it was just a really uncomfortable experience. I pulled up and started ordering a matcha latte with coconut milk, and before I could even finish, I got hit with a super rude, aggressive “we don’t have it.” The tone alone threw me off. I kept ordering anyway, but it felt like I was annoying her just by being there. When I asked for 6 donuts, she responded with “six donuts?!” like that was some crazy request… at a donut place. The whole time she was giving short, irritated responses like “what do you want,” and just seemed completely over it. Then I asked for light ice in my matcha latte (which I order all the time), and she handed me a cup that was literally only half full. Not even close to normal. At that point I didn’t even say anything because her attitude already made it clear it wouldn’t go well. Overall just a really unpleasant interaction. I get that people have bad days, but the way customers are spoken to matters, especially over a simple order

  This is a great location for an early morning, order ahead run. They always have my order ready when I arrive and it’s never wrong. They offer the most consistent service and style of any Dunkin I’ve been to. Too often the milk the milk ratio is off when you visit varied locations, but it’s always the same here. It hits so good to get exactly what your taste buds are expecting every time, right?!
