  My family and I visited Wingstop for the first time recently, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted warmly, which immediately set a great tone for our meal. A massive shoutout to the manager, Jaquan, who is absolutely phenomenal at what he does. He runs the place with such precision and heart, ensuring that every guest feels like a priority. Jaquan went above and beyond to make our visit special, handling everything with a level of professionalism and care that is honestly unmatched. He is a true asset to the team, and his dedication to providing a top-tier dining experience is clear in every detail. The food was absolutely perfect—everything arrived hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. We had such a fantastic time that we’re already planning our next trip back. If you’re looking for great wings and elite service, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!

  When I arrived at the Wingstop before 1:00AM , the restaurant was open and employees were working inside. A female employee with blonde hair told me that it was “too late” to serve me. She also responded, “WTF?” during the interaction. I was refused service even though I arrived before the stated closing time. I have photographs showing the restaurant open and employees working inside at the time of the incident. If you want, I can also turn this into a formal complaint to Wingstop corporate and include the location number 401 and the date.

  Normally, the food is on point and what I ordered I didn’t check my order before I left and when I got home, I got glazed instead of crunch. I ordered late night so now the place is closed so I’m stuck with something that I did not order and I don’t wanna eat.

  ⭐⭐⭐ The food was amazing and everything tasted great! My only disappointment was that my order was not ready at the time I was told it would be. I had to wait longer than expected, which was frustrating. Other than the delay, the food was excellent. I hope the team can improve the timing and have orders ready when promised. I would definitely come back because the food itself was really good!
