  worms can be found sometimes in lobby and the bathrooms, food will be cold and unappetizing, and some of the staff are disrespectful.

  I reported an issue i had about 3 weeks ago to the Pizza Hut customer service and I usually don’t have any problems with this specific location however I did a mobile order for pick up by the time I got there it was supposed to be ready 5 minutes prior to that time so I came in to grab my order with my children after picking the up from school and there was no one at the counter to greet so I gave them about another 10-15mins because I could see that the worker was making pizza so I figured maybe she was backed up since she was working alone. 15 minutes passed by and I still hadn’t received so acknowledgment so I spoke up and asked if she knew how much longer it was going to be to which she said “your just going to have to wait”. Then I told her that my items were supposed to be ready about 30 minutes ago and to which she stated “well I don’t know what to tell you” 2 other customers came in after me and received their food before me and my food was sitting the the warming station the entire time. Customer service was absolutely no help it did not seem like they truly cared or that they were going to handle it.

  I am writing this 5-Star Google Review for Abby 1st, then the rest of the staff. Abby makes you feel welcomed & like a valued customer, as soon as you walk in the door. She provides excellent, efficient customer service. The pizzas have been great, as well. The pizza has always been ready, when they said it would. Therefore, the chefs get 5-Stars also. Great job Pizza Hut. Keep up the great work!

  I placed an online order through their website, and they made a mistake with my order…it’s okay it happens, so I call them and they do not answer the phone for 25 minutes before I give up realizing they are never going to answer. I won’t be ordering from here again.
