  It’s Pizza Hut lol always there when ya need it Always super chill, I’ll pull up and stay at the door and they are cool enough to hand me my pies so I’m not far from my van when my kids are in their seats

  I’m honestly disappointed with my recent Pizza Hut order. I ordered the Buffalo Hot wings, and as you can see from the picture, the wings were barely coated in sauce. There was a little sauce drizzled over them, but most of the wings were dry. If I order Buffalo Hot, I expect the wings to actually be tossed in enough sauce to coat them—not just have a small amount sitting on top. This is also not the first time I’ve had an issue with my food from Pizza Hut. When I order a personal pan pizza, there have been times when the cheese doesn’t even cover the entire pizza. You’re left with parts of the crust and pizza that are basically just bread and sauce. For what these items cost, I expect the food to be prepared properly and consistently. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect to receive what I actually ordered. If I pay for Buffalo Hot wings, they should have enough Buffalo Hot sauce on them, and if I order a pizza with cheese, the cheese should cover the pizza.

  I can't stand a restaurant where the employees hate their job. I accidentally picked no toppings for my pizza on the app and called them immediately after reading my recipe. These people said NO! Mind you, I've done this once before at another location! And all I wanted was pepperoni. They need new Management!!! Better management better TEAM!

  I reported an issue i had about 3 weeks ago to the Pizza Hut customer service and I usually don’t have any problems with this specific location however I did a mobile order for pick up by the time I got there it was supposed to be ready 5 minutes prior to that time so I came in to grab my order with my children after picking the up from school and there was no one at the counter to greet so I gave them about another 10-15mins because I could see that the worker was making pizza so I figured maybe she was backed up since she was working alone. 15 minutes passed by and I still hadn’t received so acknowledgment so I spoke up and asked if she knew how much longer it was going to be to which she said “your just going to have to wait”. Then I told her that my items were supposed to be ready about 30 minutes ago and to which she stated “well I don’t know what to tell you” 2 other customers came in after me and received their food before me and my food was sitting the the warming station the entire time. Customer service was absolutely no help it did not seem like they truly cared or that they were going to handle it.
