Fries old and stale, they did not even ring up my meal correctly. 20 minute waiting just to get old fries and the order wrong from what I said. Service just abysmal.

I ordered on my app to a store under construction or remodeling, whatever I don’t care it’s not my problem. Update your app if your store closes. McDonald’s always makes it a hassle to cancel these orders and get refunds too. Just a headache…

The food quality was poor, the service was terrible, and even during a slow period, a simple order took far too long. I waited 15 minutes for nothing more than a large Coke and medium fries, which is completely unacceptable. It was frustrating to watch employees standing around and looking at each other instead of working and keeping things moving. There really was no excuse for the delay or the lack of urgency. This location clearly needs better management, better service, and more attention to food quality.
