  I was having a tough morning, I was on my way expecting to hear tragic news about my fellow war veteran who suffers from severe PTSD. She lived moments away from this location. I stopped driving to gather myself together at Dunkins. I was so distraught and trying to hold it in I couldnt even order. Becca (A Heavenly Angle) behind the counter helped me with a prayer and a greatly needed hug with consoling words of strenght "Everything will be alright" when a soul needed it the most. Thank you Becca, when you where called upon by the Lord you rised to the occasion to help another. I will never forget your strenght and compassion. You make the World a beautiful place. God Bless

  Don't understand why they charge $4.00 more for 2 large coffee and dozen donuts when at apopka it's $4.00 less.Will be my last time to rip off dunkin in ocoee.

  So this used to be the worst Dunkin EVER! Poor service, never donuts and I would be stretching to give it 1 star. But that has CHANGED. Nicole was/is the Manager and she made the difference. I understand she did such an amazing job turning the store around, she's going to do her magic at another poorly rated store. She is such an asset to Dunkin Then tonight, I met Lydia. This girl is a BIG personality and brings back customer service, old school! I really wanted a jelly donut. I had a bad day and I knew a jelly donut would make it better.. It was about 8P, and they only had 2 kinds left, with sprinkles, and they didn't appeal. I ordered one though, since I was in line and when I got to the window and paid, Lydia had a surprise. She purchased some donuts earlier , and she gave me a jelly donut from one of hers, that she purchased. Not an enormous thing, but really nice thing and I appreciated it! But it was her smile and short convo we had that made the difference. Hang onto these 2 employees, they are the BEST!

  I made a mobile order of a single order of hash browns at 4:09 i waited in the lobby of a very not busy dunkin and finally got my order at 4:31

  Store #354316 address 2256 Ocoee Apoka Rd 34761 // The service is terrible.0 customer service. they don't have anyone for the front everybody is working for the drive true, every time I've been there I have to shout hello and one comes until later and then comes with attitude specially today and he took his sweet time to make me the coffee . I enter the store because I'm working on a big bus so i don’t have a choice. But NO anymore and I don't recommended to anyone to go in. I will find a another store from now.
