  Got a pumpkin muffin today and the first bite I took had a human hair either baked in or under the icing on top. Disgusting. By the time I tried to eat it they were closed so im writing this review and will go tomorrow to hopefully get a replacement muffin

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AMAZING DUNKIN’ EXPERIENCE IN OCOEE I had such an amazing experience at the Dunkin’ in Ocoee, and I really wanted to take the time to give a HUGE shoutout to Yarelis because she is honestly one of the BEST employees there! From the moment I interacted with her, she was incredibly nice, respectful, friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. Her attitude was absolutely amazing, and she made my entire experience so much better. Yarelis genuinely knows how to provide great customer service. She made me feel welcomed and appreciated instead of like I was just another customer. She was very friendly and helpful, and you could tell that she actually cared about making sure my experience was good. Her kindness and positive attitude really stood out to me. One of the biggest things I appreciated was how respectful and patient she was. She communicated really well, had great manners, and made the interaction comfortable. Sometimes a simple visit to Dunkin’ can be just another normal stop during the day, but having an employee who is genuinely kind can completely change the experience. Yarelis definitely made my visit one that I’ll remember. I also want to recognize how professional she was. She was able to be extremely friendly while still doing her job properly. That combination is something that deserves recognition. She represents Dunkin’ very well, and I think management should know how much of a positive impact she can have on customers. I think people are often quick to leave reviews when they have a bad experience, so I wanted to make sure I did the opposite and gave credit where it is deserved. Yarelis deserves to be recognized for her amazing customer service and attitude. She was kind, respectful, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Dunkin’ in Ocoee is VERY lucky to have an employee like Yarelis. Employees like her are a huge reason why customers want to come back. Great customer service can make a huge difference, and Yarelis definitely made my visit better. I really hope management sees this review and lets Yarelis know that her hard work does not go unnoticed. She deserves to know that customers appreciate her effort, kindness, and positive attitude. It’s important to recognize employees who go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. If I could give Yarelis her own rating, I would give her 100/10! 💯 She was seriously that amazing. She was one of the nicest employees I’ve interacted with, and her customer service was excellent.   Every time I come to this location it's always fifty-fifty chance that they'll get my order right. Usually they'll give me the wrong item or the food will be cold or they won't make the food as I requested. I get that thier busy, but I'd rather wait for them to give me my order correctly then to tell me to wait past the drive thru window before I can check..... And if it's made incorrectly I have to wait in the Drive-Thru again or go back into the building...... Today what's one of those times where the messed up my order and I just didn't have the time to go back inside or run through the drive-thru again.....

  Not good. Took 15 minutes for one drink. No update. No apology. Only staff walking by saying nothing and only making drinks for drive thru. They should prioritize walk in guests same as drive thru.

  Would give less than one star but it won’t let me. The worst service ever experienced 10 mins to take my order for a single coffee then 10 minutes at the window waving at the slow moving people inside. Drove off and got a coffee from 7/11 instead. Better service all round. Angry.
