- RDRoxwayne Dunkley5 days ago5.0I am so pleased coming here with my wife the shift team member crew with Ankivia and Brandon along with the other gentleman they are phenomenal my wife loves to come here and get her coffee and sandwiches they always provide exceptional and excellent service. Inside of this DUNKIN store is always clean, the atmosphere is friendly and food is amazing. They work very hard and deserve everything great coming to them! Continue the great work 👌

- VRVanessa RiveraJun 6, 20261.0This place is absolutely horrible. They are unprofessional and rude. They are always out of something, and do nothing to accommodate the customer. The general manager there does not care, and she does nothing to make sure they operate quickly, professionally, and proficiently. They are always messing up my coffee because they are not putting full pumps of flavor, and the don't stir the iced coffee after brewing it. I know cause I worked at a Dunkin before, and there is a big difference in taste and look, when you don’t stir the batch of iced coffee after brewing. They charge you for no ice, or less ice, and refuse to give extra ice, when they don’t even put ice to the ice line on the cup. They make you wait 15-20 mins to place an order, and then an additional 20 mins to get your order. They also don’t give a receipt, and when you ask for one it’s a problem and they catch an attitude, and make you wait for one. Like Dunkin is big on reviews and want you to push those reviews, so why not give a receipt? They do not care about the customers at this location don’t bother. Go out of your way to another Dunkin. I do want to say the one guy, I think his name is Brandon, is such a sweetheart. He should not be in that environment. They need to bring back the other GM.

I get the drive through was busy but if there’s allllll of yall present in the front there should be one employee able to assist walk in customers. They also were rude giving attitudes to customers coming inside who had their orders messed up through drive through. More customer service, leadership, and professionalism training is needed here. This is why I go to the location further down west colonial.
