I paid for delivery to make things convenient for us, but it was anything but convenient. Troy was our delivery driver, and he was both disrespectful and rude throughout the entire interaction. After we corrected the address for him, he arrived at our apartment complex, got into the building, and waited in the stairwell instead of delivering the pizza to our apartment door. Since we did not immediately find him in the stairwell, he decided to go wait in his car instead. We had to walk around the building four times before finally finding him sitting in his car. Once we finally got our pizza, we discovered that it had been completely crushed. After that, we called to request a refund, and the only compensation we were offered was a store credit that was not even applied directly to our account. Instead, we have to call in every time to use it. The customer service was terrible, the delivery experience was frustrating, and Troy’s rude attitude made the situation even worse. This was anything but convenient. Don't bother ordering delivery.
