  If I could give this place zero stars I would. There are multiple times where I have had implications at this location. The first time I ever ordered from here, I got sick to my stomach after eating it. I figured it might’ve just been my stomach so I save the leftovers and eat the rest the next night Same thing happened and I threw up the next night. the next problem I had was when I went I had an employee who was extremely rude and Unprofessional. I didn’t say anything to anybody at the time because I understand everybody has their days But if you’re so miserable at your job, why are you still here? The third problem I have is I ordered a bowl To pick up through the drive-through around 2:30 pm For pick up at 4:40 pm. 440 hit and I was in line behind five people at the store. It was then almost 450, the line had not moved and I was on a 30 minute break from my work 2 minutes away. I then decided to go inside because I didn’t have any more time to spare, especially because I had to eat and go back to my work. I waited five minutes inside as two people put together one bowl and then I had a third person approach me who Took their time after I told them I had to get back to work. He then searched through the online orders and it looked like they didn’t even started even though my app said that it was ready for pick up and it was about 455 at this time. I then asked for a refund as I would not have any time to eat. It then took 3 employees To figure out how to give me a refund wasting my time even longer. I left very frustrated and hungry as I will now not have a lunch and I will not be returning to this location. For anybody who is looking to eat here I would suggest not to every single time is a bad experience and it’s never gonna get better

  I had severe stomach pain after eating here. This is the dirtiest fast-food locations I have ever visited. Several previous reviews have already mentioned serious cleanliness and hygiene concerns, but the problems clearly still have not been addressed. Management needs to take this issue seriously.

  I placed an online group order for pickup later in the day today at this location. I didn’t realize the manager had reached out twice to my husband to let him know their grill wasn’t working properly and we could reach out to chipotle for a refund on the order because my husband was at work at the time and was unable to check his phone. I still showed up at 6:30 since I was unaware of this and was informed by one of the employees that their online ordering system had been down all day due to the grill issues but I could wait for a manager. While I was waiting I got a text from my husband who had just looked at the text sent from Chipotle informing him of the dilemma. I had my baby with me and there was a really long line that I obviously didn’t expect to cut when it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault that my husband didn’t check his messages. I walked back out to my car and got my baby all buckled in and sat for a few minutes trying to rethink dinner. During this time one of the employees miraculously came out with my large order in hand and absolutely saved the day. Thank you so much for saving this mama from having a mental breakdown I really appreciate you guys!

  This has to be one of the worse chipotles I’ve been to. Gets bowls and told they can’t give out more then one vinaigrette because they don’t have enough employees and didn’t have time to make any during the morning. It was actually the manager that told me that after the cashier stated. Every time I come it’s an issue because they “dont have enough employees to make things”. So I guess the customers lack because of lack of staff and not being able to make items…This is the closest one to my house and it’s crazy that I’ll have to drive further to even get quality service. On top of that one girl was playing with her hair didn’t change her gloves and proceeded to fix my food and others. Then to get my food and it’s cold is wild!!
