  I had severe stomach pain after eating here. This is the dirtiest fast-food locations I have ever visited. Several previous reviews have already mentioned serious cleanliness and hygiene concerns, but the problems clearly still have not been addressed. Management needs to take this issue seriously.

  I placed an online group order for pickup later in the day today at this location. I didn’t realize the manager had reached out twice to my husband to let him know their grill wasn’t working properly and we could reach out to chipotle for a refund on the order because my husband was at work at the time and was unable to check his phone. I still showed up at 6:30 since I was unaware of this and was informed by one of the employees that their online ordering system had been down all day due to the grill issues but I could wait for a manager. While I was waiting I got a text from my husband who had just looked at the text sent from Chipotle informing him of the dilemma. I had my baby with me and there was a really long line that I obviously didn’t expect to cut when it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault that my husband didn’t check his messages. I walked back out to my car and got my baby all buckled in and sat for a few minutes trying to rethink dinner. During this time one of the employees miraculously came out with my large order in hand and absolutely saved the day. Thank you so much for saving this mama from having a mental breakdown I really appreciate you guys!

  I know the portion sizes have changed. But dang. The chicken was minced and the white guy gave such shitty portions! Why was it the other dude gave decent portions to the people in front of me? I asked for more chicken and he just dropped more little minced pieces. NEVER coming back to this chipotle again. If you want better service go to the chipotle on 50 and Dillard St.

  This has to be one of the worse chipotles I’ve been to. Gets bowls and told they can’t give out more then one vinaigrette because they don’t have enough employees and didn’t have time to make any during the morning. It was actually the manager that told me that after the cashier stated. Every time I come it’s an issue because they “dont have enough employees to make things”. So I guess the customers lack because of lack of staff and not being able to make items…This is the closest one to my house and it’s crazy that I’ll have to drive further to even get quality service. On top of that one girl was playing with her hair didn’t change her gloves and proceeded to fix my food and others. Then to get my food and it’s cold is wild!!

  I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle and unfortunately will not be returning. When we walked in, I noticed an employee working there whom I had previously had a negative experience with—a shorter gentleman who wears glasses. I decided to give the restaurant another chance anyway. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the employee serving me was extremely friendly. She was generous with every ingredient and gave me what appeared to be a larger-than-usual portion of chicken. After she finished making the bowl, the employee with glasses stopped her and asked, “Is that extra chicken or double chicken?” She immediately seemed nervous and replied that it was extra chicken. At that point, I was confused and clarified that I had never asked for extra or double chicken. I had simply ordered a regular chicken bowl. The employee then said, “Never mind,” but it was clear there had been a misunderstanding. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, I was simply told that the bowl contained extra chicken. What happened next was what really left a bad impression. Instead of allowing me to keep the bowl and correcting the charge, the employee took the bowl away and loudly called out to his coworkers, “Who wants an extra chicken bowl?” The bowl was then discarded from my order and remade from scratch with a standard portion of chicken. There was no apology for the confusion, no attempt to make the situation right, and no consideration for the inconvenience. I left feeling frustrated and wondering why the original bowl couldn’t simply have been provided, especially since I never requested the extra chicken in the first place. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and poorly handled. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed my previous concerns, and I will not be returning.
