    The drive thru is always slow but I love the Thai chicken wraps. Yesterday around 4:30 I placed my order in the drive thru. There was 1 customer ahead of me, it took me 15 minutes to get my order. The employee apologized for the wait when they handed me my order. While waiting several employees were restocking napkins etc. I drove home and it was the wrong wrap. It was Baja chicken wrap and it was burnt. Bad customer service, getting the order wrong and not prioritizing my order over putting napkins out has earned this business 1 star. I won’t be back.

    So I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by a blonde girl. I had my son in the car, and I wish I had been paying more attention, but he was crying and distracting me. I pulled up and ordered $17.18 worth of food. She told me I needed to take the payment machine and that it would ask me a question. When I grabbed it, it didn't ask me anything—it immediately said to swipe my card, which I did. I had enough money in my account for the purchase. Then she told me I still owed $0.14. I said, "What? That's weird. Try it again." She then told me the card had declined. I asked how it could have declined when the total was only $17.18, and she said it was because I had tipped $2.50 which I did not tip at all . I had $25 in my account, so it shouldn't have declined anyway, even if that had been the total. She then said, "Well, I didn't press it." At that point, she offered to get a manager, and I said yes. They refunded me for the food, but not for the tip. The problem is that I never tipped, and I never even touched the screen to select a tip amount. Before COVID, none of these tip prompts were everywhere like they are now. I've worked in both the restaurant and salon industries, and personally, I only tip workers who are making below minimum wage. The issue isn't the $2.50. The issue is that there appears to be an employee there who may be doing something dishonest, and that's concerning. Because of this experience, I will never visit this location again.

    I am standing in line behind a woman that was ordering. When this lady was finished ordering, I started to talk to the cashier at the register and she just turned around and went over to the drive-through to wait on that customer that came up after me. I do food delivery and I guess they think that because I am a third-party delivery person that I am second class or something, but I am servicing their customers.
