- CRChris RossMay 13, 20263.0I've been going to taco bell for 50 years. Unfortunately prices and quality aren't the same. I quit soft tacos as the tortilla sticks to the wrapper. Today 2 hard tacos had been prepared earlier and the bottoms of both fell out. The one napkin issued, didn't quite clean up the ensuing MESS.

- BDBecki DickinsonApr 17, 20261.0I’ve never in my life waited 32 minutes for fast food. The dining room was packed, not an empty table anywhere. However drive thru was staying about 4 cars at a time! There was 5 of us eating and had a pretty big order, I get it, but watching drive thru at this point taking 4-6 minutes. I kept asking about our order, they kept telling us we were next. 29 minutes went by, I have 3 very hungry frustrated children that have no place to sit. I watch 6 DoorDash orders walk in and walk right out not even a 1 minute wait. At this point there’s a dining room full of angry hungry people that are just as confused as I am why drive thru is getting helped but no one waiting in the dining room is. I tell the employee to just give me my $62 and we’ll go somewhere else and the manager suddenly starts making our order! If you’re in a rush and can’t go through drive thru DO NOT GO HERE!! We travel all over and I can say this was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell!! You need to learn how to even out the time for people! Just because I’m not sitting in my car doesn’t mean my time is any less in a rush!
