  Upon entering the establishment, I observed an employee handling the trash. After completing this task, he rinsed his hands without using soap or scrubbing and proceeded to serve me. I found this behavior unacceptable and requested that he wash his hands thoroughly, considering he was preparing food for others. The employee became visibly upset, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, as he was leaving my sandwiches to toste, he continued to use the same gloves, touching various surfaces and subsequently removing my sandwiches from the oven while maintaining contact with the same gloves. I politely asked him to change his gloves again, but he responded with an attitude. This conduct is highly concerning, as gloves used in food preparation should not be touched to other surfaces or objects in the establishment.

  Had a very bad experience last night had to call the police on the employee name Jose Rivas very rude and unprofessional. He refused to make my order and stated you mean to tell me you want 6 sandwiches 30 minutes before I close you need to leave before I call the police I’m not about to argue with you. And proceeded to grab a knife. I called the police and I will be calling corporate on him they need to do something about his behavior I have a video for proof of how he acted yelling and screaming acting very childish

  It was a bad experience. The employee prepared my order—which was supposed to be an online order—only after serving three customers who were waiting in line, even though the system indicated that it was ready for pickup. On top of that, he spoke to me in a hostile manner in front of the other employees.

  Sunday 22/2026 at 1:00 pm We had a bad experience with the only employee working at this time, we never experienced someone with such a horrible attitude! After finishing to prepare my sandwich he started to wrapped, wothout asking for dressing..I asked him to please put some olive oil , and he responded that it was not room for dressing, then i ask to put it on the side, he did not and said that if I don’t like it he can cancel my order.. I was like what?? I could not believe this attitude, when we sat down in a hight pitch voice he said “Not dining here” I am going to my lunch! Please educate the employees to be polite There is not need for this kind of rudeness
