  Had the most horrible service got over charged for my food and the lady who say she was manager wouldn't refund me what she over charged me. Was very rude. I grew up here and won't be back.

  So I just came from this location and bought 3 shakes for 20 dollars. For the 2 Reeses shakes I asked for them to make it with chocolate syrup. I have had this done at every other sonic in Ocala. All 3 shakes are as white as snow. Then as inspected my food I heard her say " oh my god why won't he go" to Hayley. Tip to the little female who ws working the window. The door closing doesnt mke it sound proof. The customer service is garbage here. Will never et from this garbage establishment again because I am that damn spiteful.

  Great staff and good food. I personally enjoy the shakes and chili cheese Coney's.

  Went for two shakes, no one answered the speaker so after 8 minutes we drove back around and they answered the first time, so I wanna chalk it up to the sensor maybe not working. However, when we went up to the window it took 27 minutes to get our shakes. There were only 2 other cars at the drive up spots and no one else in the drive though. No "sorry for the wait" or "reason for the delay", they literally just said here you go and shut the window.
