  Jon is terrible, rude, canceled my order without telling me. Called me broke even though I paid for my order and he canceled it. What was a $20 meal turned into a $45 meal.

  The service was great and the food was great! Thank you to the team that was there. Miranda, Rin, Jhonatan and Christy. Thank you, Miranda, for making my pizza exactly the way I requested, and preparing my combo so beautifully. Miranda made my pizza special, and she made a beautiful plate of my combo. You could tell that a lot of care and attention went into the presentation. Everything looke beautiful and tasted great. 🙏 I went back there tonight, and John made my food perfect, and he even brought it out to the car for me since I'm limping a lot. Thank you so much, John. Thank you Pizza Hut for providing such great teammates!

  I ordered my meal online through the app, I paid through the app and also went inside to get the food myself. While giving them my info he checked the order to see if I tipped and asked me if I wanted to. I declined, so we checked to make sure my food was right, they put marinara sauce with my chicken bacon ranch melt? My wings were just put into the container without them shaking it and covering the wings, so I tried it myself and they didn't even put enough sauce to cover one wing, I ended up having to go to the grocery store to get garlic Parmesan sauce, with that being said.. I think the staff at this location need to focus on correctly earning their paycheck before they're asking for tips for doing their actual job.
