There was no paper towel in the bathroom, and employees were required to wash their hands before returning to their tasks. It is essential to ensure that all employees are provided with necessary supplies, such as paper towels, to maintain a hygienic work environment.

However, at tjus location, I waiting several minutes at the counter while the Manager held a conversation with a new employee. Other staff members were in the cooking section. After several long, silent minutes, the Manager completed his conversation and walked to the cooking section. Shortly after, an employee arrived to take my order. This is a first for Panera Bread locations I have visited. At other locations, the staff is very welcoming upon entry. If they are finishing a task, guests are acknowledged and provided an apology for the delay.

I understand things loose availability throughout the day but it would be greatly appreciated if they could let you know that they couldn't include part of your order and perhaps offer something as a substitute instead of getting all the way home and realizing The one thing you were really looking forward to getting isn't there. I waited a while to say anything but after 5+ times it's a little tiring.
