Our food all arrived luke warm and was very salty. I don't like like their menu choices. We haven't been in 20+ years and now we remember why. Not good.

Ordered kids steak meals. The steak was very thick and extremely tough. The girl who seated us said the drink was included. The bartender waited on us and she billed us for the drinks. This place is not as a good as it was a year ago.

Ate at Outback on 5/3/26. The food was very good. I especially loved the potato soup. The broccoli expertly cooked. Logan was our waiter. He is an angel, very attentve and accommodating. He was super nice!! You are lucky to have him on your staff.

My girlfriend and I visited this location earlier this week. I'm going to be intentionally vague about when we went and who our server was because it's unimportant and I don't wish to get that person in any trouble. Our server visited our table to bring out our food, and I was coming back from the bathroom. My girlfriend told me that the server had pushed their new "to-go bowls" on her for what would be the second time in our meal, and then told her that the servers schedules are based on sales from to-go bowls. I found this to be VERY unprofessional, but I'm not mad at the young server who's desperately trying to make money, I'm mad at the management and whoever decided that sales on these "to-go bowls" that no one wants is the measure of a good server. Our server was perfectly pleasant and should not be measured on their ability to sell a product with no real market. What a disgusting practice. We ended up buying one that's going untouched in the fridge because we felt bad. Do better.

    1. The chef needs to finish making the food BEFORE it leaves the kitchen. 2. A customer asking for the normal common ingredient of the food to be included in the food should not be treated with extreme resistance /extreme difficulty/extreme inconvenience for the customer. 3. The food should be accurate and complete BEFORE it leaves the kitchen 4. Customers should not be forced to finish making the food. 5. Customers should not be expected to serve the staff by doing the staffs' job for the staff. The staff is there to serve the customers, not the other way around. ( I have served customers for many years. The manager should not be on the verge of emotional breakdown when the idea that the staff is there to serve the customers is relevant to the situation. ) 6. Staff should not be fomenting verbal abuse of one of their customers by another customer. (In this case i had to walk home in dangerous heavy traffic in the heat because the abuse fomented by your staff was perpetrated by the other person sitting at my table who was also the person who drove me to the restaurant.) 7. Informing a customer that it is extremely inconvenient for the restaurant to eventually finish making her food because there are other customers who ordered their food after that customer placed her order is not a valid point for the manager to make, is horrendous service, and, realistically speaking, is extremely immature. 8. They charge about 14 dollars for a burger worth two dollars and dont want to put the normal things, that you ask for, on the burger, like its too hard for them to put ketchup and mustard on a hilaciously expensive burger, paid for by you, with money an extreme amount of your work went into to earn. When you request a hamburger you are instead given a cheeseburger and are made to know it's your fault you received a cheeseburger. You are also required to construct your food after it is placed on the table, instead of the chef constructing it as a normal chef would do. I ate here a year ago and then there were several customers screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs, extremely loudly, for about an hour and a half non-stop. Dining here is miserable and high stress. It's so high stress you can't even finish eating. The waitress is snide and the manager behaves as if she has never before conceptualized what good service really is. When you stop eating early, without finishing your meal so you can get out of there, the to-go bag is not provided with utensils so you have to eat the cheesecake with your hands which is extremely sloppy and extremely messy. You end up dehydrated because you were not able to finish drinking your water because due to the general abuse you had to leave early.
