  The worst McDonald's in Ocala the manager Patrick was not able to even teach his employee he put the wrong food in the bag and tried to make it right and did it again he should not be training anyone

  Ceiling was leaking which is dangerous but they had plenty of cones. Food was typical McDonalds.

  The staff was amazing the service was fast the food was old and gross they fries were cold and the drinks and/or fries were not full I ordered a large fry and got a medium I ordered a large drink and it was not full the burgers were extremely old and cold and they were hard and nasty the cheese was hard to bite tasted like plastic

  Everything was hot, cooked to perfection and quality was great, fast service, Manager was very pleasant

  The mess up your food, don't want to fix the issue (tell you they can't find your order), they double charge your card then tell you they can't fix their mistake. Every single person I spoke to had an attitude. Especially the tiny little toothpick manager. She needs hospitality training or she needs to be demoted and moved to the kitchen.
