Everything is great just sometimes pretty busy and it takes a bit to get your food. Bathroom do smell pretty badly though
As a customer who visits this location almost every other day, I’m disappointed with some of the things I’ve witnessed. On multiple occasions, I have seen a manager step outside to smoke and then return to work without washing her hands. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I’ve also noticed that during busy periods, the crew is often left to handle the workload while management is absent. When employees ask for assistance, the manager appears impatient, rolls her eyes, and seems dismissive toward staff members. This creates an uncomfortable environment for both employees and customers. Another concern is the inconsistency I’ve observed regarding meals. Employees who work hard are expected to pay for their own food, while it appears that family members of management receive free meals. Whether this is company policy or not, it gives the impression of unfair treatment. Another concern is the way some managers speak to employees. The tone and communication I have observed come across as unprofessional and disrespectful. Employees should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially in a workplace setting. As a customer, it’s difficult to support a business where staff members do not appear to be valued or spoken to appropriately. I’m sharing this feedback because I visit frequently and want to see this location improve. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the workplace environment and food safety practices.
I ordered breakfast with a sweet tea, and after drinking some of it, I discovered a bug in my cup. I immediately called the restaurant to report the issue, but I was told that because I had already consumed part of the drink, there was nothing they could do about it. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. Finding a bug in a drink is a serious cleanliness concern, and I expected a more helpful and customer focused response. I hope management addresses both the food safety issue and how customer complaints are handled in the future instead of being so rude. And this isn’t the first, I’ve had hair in my food, or you ask for cook to order food they will redip they fries instead of dropping new fries

Usually pretty good, but this time it was off, the cashier lady was very nice, the guy handing the food off was okay.
The word part: the food was overcooked this time, hard, hot like I love, but hard, still causes me less stomach issues than the McDonald's in Oxford, those people often do something to their fries lately.
Ocala is usually pretty good for fries.
