  When you know you shouldn’t be going to fast food places, but McDonald’s is not as good as others but better than some and you want to get one of the special specials called THE BIG ARCH, BECAUSE YOU HAD IT A FEW OTHER TIMES, and since it is still being advertised, we wonder why we couldn’t get it. My 6 foot four man has cravings for burgers so we came and when walking in to the dining room to be able to sit down and have a meal, instead of a drive-through, the girl at the counter said they do not have it anymore. I had just seen the ad advertisement on their digital screen, so I asked why. She said she don’t know they just don’t. I do read and write reviews all over the country since I am a truck driver. It helps me and it helps others. Sometimes when you get aggravated, you don’t necessarily want to post a negative review. Sometimes it helps others. I just really hope that our food that we got today is good. I’m writing this review before we open our served our meal. Here’s to hoping!

  25 minutes stuck in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me when I got there. Then because of the barriers there is no way you can even choose to leave if they decide to process the animal at the start of the order. The employees don’t care and don’t show any compassion or motivation to even try. This stop was out of convenience because of location, in the future I will know it’s more convenient to go to a competitor….do better

  I am not all about this new fully automated model MacDonalds is using. It used to be fun to go there. Now it is painful.
