Had a fantastic experience at the new Häagan Daz in Ocala. Our party came in and were quickly welcomed by Kala. She was extremely helpful served our ice cream and rang us up. We were very impressed by how clean and well maintained the location is and how friendly the staff was. Definitely will come back to this location and hope that Kala will be there to attend to us again!

Finally trying this banana split Sunday. Super delicious. Chris was super nice, and made my sundae quickly. Didnt expect the pineapple in the sundae, but must say its a great touch to a great classic.

Kala was amazing, great attitude, kind and welcoming. Her colleague however, left much to be desired. The gentleman was being rude and obnoxious to an elderly woman and her grandson.

Perfect addition to the square! Great service, welcoming atmosphere, clean and friendly. Fun fact: cleanest ingredients of all the ice creams!
