  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Devon deserves a 5-star review! Even though our interaction was brief, he was incredibly personable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. His positive attitude and genuine kindness made a lasting impression in just a short amount of time. Thank you, Devon, for making my visit to Dutch Bros such a great experience!   Matthew came to my car immediately happy to serve. I had never been to Dutch bros before and I was in desperate need of something with high caffeine. He immediately reccomended to me the golden eagel beverage. He treated me like family, as if I was his father and with a gleeful smile ran inside, prepared the beverage and ran back out. He wouldnt leave until I told him if I liked it or not. He was a genuine young man who wanted to make sure that every beverage he made was made with love and care! It is hard to find people like that these days who have all 3 charecteristics: 1) Want to work 2)Love what they do 3) Love who they serve. Matthew had all of these and more! 100/10 tell all of my friends to go see Matthew at Dutch Bros when they ask me for a good coffee place!

  This staff member named Matthew made the best coffee ever for me. I was had a terrible day and this guy just made my day so much better. He took my order with so much enthusiasm that it made me lighten up immediately and then he even ran right inside made my coffee in seconds and ran back out and gave it to me and even asked if everything was okay I have never FATHOMED customer service like this before thank you Matthew for making my experience unforgettable definitely coming back

  I honestly had no clue about coffee until a friend told me to check this place out. I’d been putting off a small but stubborn issue with my car’s coffee setup for months. They diagnosed it quickly and got it sorted without any fuss. Super simple fix, and the folks there made the whole thing easy. It was nice not having to stress about it, plus I finally got to see what all the buzz is about with their drinks. Definitely happier now that I've stopped procrastinating!

  Don’t waste your time. Difficult to get to from main road. Someone stands outside and takes your order. When it was our turn the girl walked away. So we pulled up to where she was and she chose to walk over to the other lane and take orders from cars that pulled up after us. Just have an intercom like a normal fast food/coffee place. Takes out human error. Needless to say we got out of line a did not order. Customer service and efficiency is key to a drive through. If I wanted my coffee experience to take forever, I would have gone to a sit down cafe. We won’t be back.
