I simply put my card up to the reader not paying attention and then looking at my receipt come to find out they added a 25% tip. Not saying it’s not my fault for rushing along, but for them to just hold out the reader after pre-selecting their tip and not having the courtesy to mention to select a tip first, that’s just dishonest service.

I was excited to learn I had an add close to my home but so disappointed to get my coffee. I have been here 3 times and every time no espresso, it’s straight up milk. I even ordered an extra shot and they forgot it so I had to go back in drive thru. Someone seriously needs to show the employees how to make coffee here. A macchiato comes with 2 shots of espresso. You are loosing business because you can’t make coffee correctly.
