  I just bought 2 Ex Large Coffees only to find out as i'm driving down the road that the Lid doesn't fit the cup tightly and it kept falling off. Thank God I had my empty cups that I bought at Walmart to transfer the coffee at Red Lights as I just had the interior of my car restored. I went to my Doctor who told me a man came in earlier with coffee all down his shirt from Dunkin Donuts. This is a Quality Control problem at the Factory, but also the Staff should make sure the Lids fit Tightly to the Cup before giving it to the Customer. Because once it goes out the door, you can't do anything about it as an Employee. I left a $2 dollar tip by the way for this service :/

  The young lady that helped me was polite, but they were out of what I wanted to order then she messed up my order and watched me stand there. She said sorry but if you can’t provide the service or the products that you offer close the place. Try a more local place the chains just can’t produce

  Just went through the drive-thru to order a signature latte and a bagel. Bagel was great The Latte had zero espresso in it. I was running late for lunch so I was worried about eating first but once I tried the latte there was absolutely no espresso. Call back to tell them that it's just flavored milk and what's hung up on. I go to the Dunkin all the time leave a dollar tip every single time. But whenever I try to call back to rectify a problem for the first time I get hung up on
