- JOJason OdellOct 4, 20261.0I went to get 2 iced coffees, 1 was a tirimisu, cream and sugar, with less ice. The 2nd one was supposed to be tirimisu and mocha with only 2 mocha and 4 tirimisu, cream and sugar, with less ice. What I got was 2 iced coffees the the first one she put the dark roast blend in so you couldn't even taste the flavor of tirimisu. The 2nd one was dark blend also and looked like chocolate milk. I asked her how many mocha she put in and she said she did 4 of each. I literally get this flavor setup all the time, or at least as long as the tirimisu has been available and I know how its supposed to look and taste. The only excuse I got from other employees was that she was new. So if she is new and not trained then why is she by herself when there was 6 people in the store and only 3 were working. The other 3 people looked as if they didn't know where they were. I have had problems with this store before and usually I stop using this store for a month or so thinking over time it will get better and it doesn't. This store is also the closest to my house. From now on I will not be using this store to get my dunkin and I will drive the extra distance to another dunkin to get coffee. These people make 15 an hour and don't know how to do their job. Either the people training them don't care how it affects the customer or the owner of the store doesnt care about losing business. Either way this needs to change.

Wasted my 16.00$ on hash browns that appeared to be chewed by an animal. I’m calling the health department and corporate first thing in the morning. Change is coming to your local DUNKIN

OPEN DOORS, WENT COUNTER 3 TIMES, NEVER CHANGED HIS GLOVES AND ITCHED HIS HEAD. BTW, DID NOT EAT MY 5 DOLLAR CROSSAINT. VERY NASTY.. I WAS RIGHT UP FRONT PULLED BACKWARDS AND SAW ALL OF IT. WAITED 13 MINUTES, NEVER BROUGHT OUT, WENT IN, WAS SITTING THERE. NASTY, NASTY.
