- JMJenn MielesJun 23, 20261.0Came through the drive-thru around 11:00 a.m. and had to wait for the employee, Megan, to catch up before taking our order. We ordered a couple of coffees, and before we were finished ordering, she abruptly gave us the total. Her attitude was unpleasant throughout the entire interaction. When we pulled up to the window, we watched our six Boston cream donuts being slammed down on a table before they were handed to us. When she asked how I was doing, I responded that I’d be doing better if the employees weren’t so rude. Her response was a smug, “Yeah, we can work on that,” while another employee stood behind her laughing. After leaving, I checked the bag and found that the donuts had been crushed. I went inside to have them replaced, only to be told they had just one Boston cream donut left. This experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ location. I don’t understand why some people choose to work in customer service when they clearly seem unhappy and take that frustration out on customers. Courtesy and professionalism cost nothing, yet both were noticeably absent during this visit.

Forgot to add something at the speaker, pulled up to the window and asked IF I could add it there. Amber says “No you’d need to pull back around. There’s only two of us here.” In the snappiest tone. You would think I made the schedule with the way she spoke to me. Wasn’t even that packed, as someone who’s worked in food service, if you can’t handle it find a new job. Anyways she lost herself a tip and earned a bad review.

- MMM.T. McLaughlinJun 12, 20261.0Zero Stars. Pulled into the parking lot, car at the window, two more behind. The car at the window had a long order that took more than 5 minutes to fulfill. I get to finally order, simple frozen coffee. I get to the window they make you pay and the kid asks me to go find a parking space and they will bring it out. Well that was bs. Why did I have to go park when 3 cars in front of me all waited for their orders. 13 minutes in line. So I park and wait. 5 minutes go by, I got to get on 75. No drink, I go inside, they haddent made my drink. Btw, 4 cars came through the drive thru while I was parked. Moral of the story, if they ask you to park, tell them no. You are at their mercy. I hsd to leave without a refund.
